As Prof. Dr. M. Revan ÖZKALE ATICIOĞLU, I actively use the following programs in my classes and scientific research:
Statistical Packages: MINITAB, SPSS, STATA
Programming Languages: PYTHON, MATLAB
TEX Typesetting Program: LATEX
My research topics include Linear Regression, Generalized Linear Models (including, in special cases, nonlinear regression models such as Logistic Regression, Poisson Regression, and Conway-Maxwell Poisson Regression), Linear Mixed Models (models that include both fixed and random effects), Extreme Learning Machines, Statistical Quality Control, and Classification Problems (many methods such as Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, Naive Bayes, and Random Forest). I conduct research on high-dimensionality and multicollinearity problems that may arise in data under these models. My scientific studies include theoretically supporting newly proposed methods with data analysis and simulation studies.
