Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Although lateral internal sphincterotomy (LE) is the most preferred surgical treatment for chronic anal fissure, In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of preoperative anorectal manometry on surgical treatment choice in patients presenting with anal fissure.
