Abstract

Growth, survival and trypsin activity of Penaeus monodon larvae fed live diet, microencapsulated diet (Frippak) and a combination of both were compared under laboratory conditions. The first diet not only produced the best survival and growth but also caused the highest trypsin activity in the gut of the larvae.
