Technology and digital are often perceived by governments and experts as an opportunity to
be seized to contribute to the evolution of agriculture, for the benefit of farmers, consumers
and more generally society. What digital technologies to develop for this? What are their
potential impacts? Although these development boosters have proven themselves in
developed countries, they nevertheless remain at an embryonic stage in developing countries.
This literature review brainstorms the contribution of technology and innovations in
agriculture.
