Abstract

Fludarabine (F) is a nucleoside analog and is used for
the treatment ofmalignant lymphoproliferative disor-ders. In recent years, it has been used in conditioning
regimens ofmini-allotransplantations and resistant–
relapse acute leukemias. However, this compound has
some side effects and some of them may be life-threatening. Here, we report a case with myelofibrosis
