Özet
Objectives: This study aims the covalent immobilization of Jack bean urease on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles via glutaraldehyde (urease@MNPs-Si-Glu) and epichlorohydrin (urease@MNPs-ECH) spacer arms.
