The aim of this study was to remove the standard Potassium chloride (KCI) and Calcium chloride (CaCl2H2O) mineral substances in the TYH (Toyoda, Yokojama, Hoshi) medium used for the in vitro capacitation of mouse sperm and to determine the effects of sperm capacitated and fertilized with oviduct epithelium co-culture and on the in vitro fertilization of mouse oocytes.
