Mechanization Costs of Corn Seed Production in Turkey

Özet

Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde tane mısır üretiminin önemli bir oranının gerçekleştirildiği; Adana, Diyarbakır, Konya, Manisa, Mardin ve Şanlıurfa illerinde mısır üretim maliyetinde önemli bir paya sahip olan mekanizasyon giderlerinin maliyetlerdeki payının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri 2014 yılına ait olup, veriler sahada çalışan uzman görüşlerinden elde edilmiştir. Mısır üretiminde birim üretim alanı (da) başına sabit, değişken ve toplam giderler sırasıyla 160 TL/da, 458 TL/da ve 618 TL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır. Toplam mekanizasyon giderleri 212 TL/da olup, bu giderler toplam üretim giderlerinin % 34,2’sine, değişken giderlerin ise % 46,2’sine karşılık gelmektedir. Tane mısır üretimi başına toplam giderler 0,405 TL/kg, mekanizasyon giderleri ise 0,139 TL/kg olarak belirlenmiştir. Toprak işleme, sulama ve hasat işlemleri için mekanizasyon giderlerinin toplam mekanizasyon giderlerine oranı sırasıyla, % 25,5, % 52,5 ve % 8,24 olarak hesaplanmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to determine the share of the costs of mechanization costs which have a significant share in the corn seed production costs in the provinces of Adana, Adana, Diyarbakir, Konya, Manisa, Mardin and Sanliurfa. The data of the study are from 2014 and the data are obtained from expert opinions in the field. In the cotton production, fixed, variable and total expenses per unit production area were calculated as 160 TL/da, 458 TL/da and 618 TL/da, respectively. Total mechanization expenses are 212 TL/da and these expenses correspond to 34.2% of total production expenses and 46.2% of variable expenses. Total expenses per production of corn seed were 0.405 TL/kg and mechanization expenses were determined as 0.139 TL/kg. The ratio of the mechanization expenses to total mechanization expenses in the tillage, irrigation and harvesting processes was calculated as 22.5%, 52.5% and 8.24%, respectively.
