Özet
Objectives: In recent years, carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) have become an important threat to hospitalised patients. This study aimed to identify the genetic mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in CRKP isolated from patients in a Turkish centre.
