Abstract

The X-ray structure determination of the title compound, C21H26N4O5S, shows that it crystallizes as the hydrazone tautomer and that the H atom of the hydrazone group and that of the CONH group both take part in intramolecular hydrogen bonding typical of this type of azo pigment.
