Özet

This study deals with Qur'an-originated sufism concepts in the main sufi classical books in the period before the formation of sufi orders. Additionally in this paper, concepts which in the main sufi classical books are examined in the tables. As a result of our study, 143 of 311 concepts in the main sufi classical books are deduced from the Qur'an. When examining the verses which were quoted as the authority for these concepts, we recognized that almost half of these concepts were deduced from ostensible meaning of the verses. Other concepts were deduced from the ishari meaning/mystical interpretations of the verses.
