Abstract

In this study, conducted in the Agricultural Faculty of Akdeniz University, 25 cm cuttings of 'Hicaznar' pomegranate were used. Girdling, single knife cut and double knife cut all the way around the base of cuttings were applied, and the cuttings were planted outdoors. Characteristics such as rooting rate, number of shoots, shoot length and shoot diameter were measured.
