Mahmud b. Zeyd el-Lâmişî, hicri V. asrın sonu, VI. asrın başlarında Semerkand’da yaşmışHanefi-Mâuridîgeleneğ mensup Semerkandlıkelamcıve hanefi usulcüerdendir. Osmanlıve

Selçklu medreselerinde son döemlere kadar eserleri okutulan Lâişî hakkıda pek az bilgiye

sahip olduğmuz HanefîMâuridîâimlerden biridir. Lâişî’ye ait eserler ortaya çıtıç, üerine

yapıan çlışalar artıç onunla ilgili daha detaylıbilgi sahibi olabileceğmizi düşümekteyiz. Bu

bağamda biz bu çlışamıda kütüel mirasııa katkıa bulunmak amacıla Lâişî’nin eser ve

düşücelerini incelemeye çlışcağı.

Abstract

Mahmud b. Zayd al- Lâmishi, lived in Semerkand at the end of the 5th

century and at the beginning of the 6th century (AH), a member of Hanafi-Mâturidi

tradition was a theologian and jurist. His works related to theology, law and method

of law were read in madrasahs in the periods of Ottoman and Seljukids. Although

we don’t know much information about him and his scholarly activities it is known

that his thoughts of theological and law are in the frame of school of maturidism.

Our work’s goal is to introduce Lâishi and his period.
