Özet

In this paper the massless Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation in a nonstationary rotating, causal Godel-type cosmological background is studied. Exact solutions of the corresponding field equation axe obtained and used to calculate the frequency spectrum of photon in nonstationary Godel-type universe. To compare the results found with the classical field solutions, we also solved Maxwell's equations as given in the appendix.
