The eddy current brake is a type of brake that works by creating a magnetic field between a metal and a coil. Eddy currents
are created when a moving conductive material is subjected to a changing magnetic field. The resulting currents form a circular
path along the moving material and its surrounding magnetic field. They then leads to an external magnetic field and result in a
braking effect on both sides without any friction. Braking without any harmful braking pad and with low costs are one of the most
important advantages of the Eddy current Brakes. However, eddy current brakes are nonlinear with respect to its turning speed. In
this study, the correleation of produced torque and shaft speed of and Dynamometer with Eddy Current Brake is revealed.
