Özet

Multicultural education is considered to be one of the major issues in almost all parts of the world. Thus, many countries, such as Denmark, England, Sweden, try to initiate programs in an attempt to implement new laws related to human rights and multicultural education. The purpose of this study is to identify the perceptions of students in a multicultural teaching/learning environment in Sweden. The findings are expected to provide insightful implications to improve the teaching/learning process in Sweden and other multicultural countries where multicultural education is an essential part of education system.
