Özet

This study presents the development and validation of an electronic jacquard sampling loom designed for research and educational applications. The system integrates electronic control capabilities with traditional weaving principles, featuring 192 hooks controlling 960 warp yarns through a 5:1 harness configuration within a 67.5 cm weaving width. Design optimization focused on achieving uniform shed formation through mathematical modeling and geometric analysis. The prototype implements safety features following TS EN ISO 12100:2010 standards and operates at 785 W power consumption. Performance validation demonstrated the successful reproduction of both basic and complex weave structures. The prototype substantially reduces costs compared to commercial alternatives while maintaining essential technical capabilities, making jacquard weaving technology more accessible for educational institutions and small-scale manufacturers. This development contributes to the field by providing a validated approach for implementing complex weaving technologies in research and training environments.
