A new species of Euseius, E. planocalyx Döker, Robin & Kaur sp. nov., is described and illustrated. Additionally, four other species, namely E. chitradurgae (Gupta), E. kalimpongensis (Gupta), E. coccosocius (Ghai & Menon) and E. delhiensis (Narayanan & Kaur), are complementarily described and illustrated, and their new synonyms are proposed. Specimens of E. amissibilis Meshkov were also examined, and new synonymies are proposed, but no additional description is provided, as their morphological characters are consistent with those provided in its recent redescription. Among the aforementioned species, E. amissibilis is a new record for India. However, the proposed junior synonyms were described from India. Additionally, our examination revealed that the anterolateral setae on the first trochanters of all species included in this study are consistently modified into a subulate form, characterised by a robust base that gradually tapers to a fine point.
