It is known that the great responsibility concerning to the children raising issue belongs to the formal education after the institution of family. It is obvious that an education system which cannot take of the humane values such as peace, democracy, freedom along with the transference of scientific information in its nature will not promise good days for the whole mankind. “The democracy and human rights education” was constituted aiming at living of people in peace both in their own countries and in the universal scale. In accordance with the statement ‘Development of Peace Ideals among the Youngs’, the education aimed at the young people should build up the ideals of peace, democracy, humanism and international solidarity.

In order to reach such kind of politic goals aimed at the education, it is benefited from several courses (natural science and social studies, etc.) especially on the field of social sciences. As for this article, it has been submitted another concrete suggestion to the educators working on this field. The fact that the two universal languages, i.e. human rights and the music try hard by supporting each other for the aim of peace. The education of music can be employed to be able to teach the human rights and democracy apart from teaching of producing music and taste of music. Along with the methods of music education aimed at producing together, also the songs which comes to mean as ‘the music’ itself may give the keys of a peaceful world to the students.
