Özet

The tourism economy, linguistics, and gender are interconnected. Tourism businesses generate profit through quality services, with communication being a key element. Effective communication, both verbal and nonverbal, is essential for customer satisfaction. Gender influences participation in tourism, as well as the length of stay, and is closely linked to language. Languages vary in grammatical gender, impacting communication. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for delivering culturally appropriate services. Businesses must prioritize clear, sincere, and polite communication to meet tourists’ expectations, enhancing satisfaction and ensuring a positive impact on the tourism economy.
