Bu çalışmada depremler neticesinde binalarda oluşan hasarların sınıflandırılmasında kullanılan yöntemler incelenmiştir. Deprem sonrası hasar tespiti sırasında göz önünde bulundurulması ve bulundurulmaması gereken kusurlar üzerine durulmuştur. Hasar tespiti için kullanılan Çevre Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı (ÇŞDİB), Doğal Afetler Sigorta kurumu Hızlı Tarama Metodu (DASK-HTM 2020) yöntemi ve Prof. Dr. Alper İLKİ Dask kurs notlarına bağlı yöntemler üzerinden çeşitli binalar incelenmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucu ortaya çıkan farklı hasar sınıfları üzerinden çalışmanın önemi gösterilmiştir.
In this study, the methods used in the classification of damages in buildings as a result of earthquakes are examined. The focus has been on the defects that should and should not be considered during post-earthquake damage assessment. Various buildings are examined using the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool Damage Assessment Methodology (DASK-HTM 2020) method used for damage assessment and methods based on Prof. Dr. Alper İLKİ's Dask course notes. The importance of working on different damage classes resulting from the assessment has been demonstrated.
