Abstract

It is well known that, the majority of the urinary bladder tumors are urothelial carcinomas. But a variety of non-neoplastic disorders which mimic malignancy can cause bladder masses. Imaging features and clinical symptoms of these lesions can be sometimes indistinguishable from malignancy and pathologic evaluation is required for the diagnosis. Unfortunately, these urothelial and non-urothelial lesions in the urinary bladder may closely mimic malignancy histologically. Here, we revealed the pathological features of the most common tumor-like lesions of the bladder.
