Özet

In this meta-analysis, the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction was examined. The effect sizes were calculated from 68 studies (N = 15108). Results showed strong correlations between organizational commitment-job satisfaction, affective commitment-job satisfaction, and normative commitment-job satisfaction relationships, and a weak correlation between continuance commitment and job satisfaction. Moderator analyses showed that organizational commitment scale, age and publication bias were moderator variables in affective commitment-job satisfaction relationship, and age moderated the relationship between normative commitment and job satisfaction.
