Özet

Sağlık sektörü reform çalışmalarına bakıldığında sağlık harcamaları ve finansmanının

temel konulardan biri olduğu görülmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada hem kamu sektörünü

hem özel sektörü kapsayan bir çerçevede sağlık harcamalarının finansmanı ve analizi

incelenerek Türkiye’de sağlık harcamalarının yapısı değerlendirilecektir.

Considering health sector reform studies, health expenditures and the

financing of these expenditures are the main issues. In this study, by

investigating and analysing the financing of the health expenditures,

including both private and public sector, the structure of the health

expenditures in Turkey will be evaluated.
