Abstract

Five spider species are recorded for the first time for the fauna of Turkey. These are Dipoena torva (Thorell, 1875) (Theridiidae), Bolyphantes luteolus (Blackwall, 1833) (Linyphiidae), Tetragnatha nigrita Lendl, 1886 (Tetragnathidae), Asianellus festivus (C. L. Koch, 1834) and Dendryphantes hastatus (Clerck, 1757) (Salticidae).
