Abstract

Ollier disease, or multiple enchondromatosis, is characterized by multiple, asymmetrically distributed intraosseous cartilaginous masses in the metaphyses and diaphyses of bones. It is rarely associated with neoplasm. We report a 28-year-old woman with a history of Ollier disease, who developed recurrent cerebral anaplastic mixed oligoastrocytoma.
