Özet

Introduction: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the primary cause of ceivicai cancer. Chlamydia trachomatis together with HPV is a potential cofactor for the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Ureaplasma ureaiyticum, which is found commensaily in the urogenital region, is considered to contribute to urogenital infections. The aim of this study was to investigate C. trachomatis and U. ureaiyticum coinfections in HPV positive and HPV negative women.
