COVID-19 pandemisi hemen hemen her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim konusunda da tüm dünyayı
hazırlıksız yakalamıştır. Bunun sonucunda eğitim kurumları kısa bir süre içinde yüz-yüze eğitimden
çevrimiçi eğitime geçmek zorunda kalmıştır. Bu da, başta altyapı sorunları olmak üzere bir birçok
eksikliğin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu süreçte en çok eksikliği hissedilen konulardan biri de
yeterli e-öğrenme içeriklerinin olmaması ve öğretmenlerin de bu içerikleri geliştirme konusunda
hazırlıksız olmalarıdır. E-öğrenme içerik geliştirme araçları kodlama bilmeye gerek kalmadan herkesin
kolaylıkla kendi e-öğrenme ders içeriklerini geliştirmeyi sağlayan araçlardır. Piyasada, e-öğrenme
içeriği geliştirmeyi kolaylaştıran birçok e-öğrenme içerik geliştirme araçları mevcuttur. Bu bağlamda,
çalışmanın amacı içerik geliştiriciler için en uygun aracın seçimini kolaylaştırmak için bu araçları
tanıtmak ve karşılaştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada, tamamen veya kısmen ücretsiz 10 e-öğrenme içerik
geliştirme yazılımı karşılaştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular
doğrultusunda uygun yazarlık arçlarının seçimine yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caught the whole world unprepared in education, as it does in almost every field. As a result, educational institutions had to switch from face-to-face education to online education in a short time. This has led to the emergence of many deficiencies, especially infrastructure problems. One of the most deficient issues in this process is the lack of sufficient e-learning content and the unpreparedness of teachers to develop these contents. E-learning content development tools are tools that enable everyone to easily develop their own e-learning course content without the need to know coding. There are many e-learning content development tools available in the market that facilitate e-learning content development. In this context, the aim of the study is to introduce and compare these tools to facilitate the selection of the most suitable tool for content developers. In this study, 10 fully or partially free e-learning content authoring software are included in the comparison. In line with the findings obtained as a result of the study, suggestions for the selection of appropriate authoring tools are included.
