Türk edebiyatında tür ve tarzların tespiti ve isimlendirilmesi güncel tartışmalardandır. Bunun en önemli sebebi, edebiyatımızdaki eserlerin bütünüyle henüz ortaya çıkarılmamış olmasıdır. Tasavvuf edebiyatında karşılaştığımız “Destûr” başlıklı şiirler, bu güncel tartışmayı düşündürür niteliktedir. Çünkü tür ve şekil bilgisi hakkında yazılmış kitaplarda “Destûr”un tanımı, özellikleri ve örnekleri hakkında neredeyse yok denecek kadar az bilgi elde edilmiştir. Üstelik bu bilgiler elde bulunan örnekleri değerlendirebilme açısından yetersizdir. 19. Yüzyıl şairlerinden Kemâlî, Gâlibî ve Abdunnâfî’nin şiirleri arasında rastladığımız bu örnekler sözü edilen vasıfları ile başka bir araştırmada değerlendirilmemiştir. Dahası bu şiirlerin 13. yüzyıldaki “yort savul”larla benzer nitelikte olduğu ve 20. yüzyıl şiirinde de bir bakıma benzer üslubun devam ettirildiği düşünülmektedir.
Bu makalede 19 asırdaki söz konusu yazmalarda rastlanan “Destûr” başlıklı şiirlerin tanıtımı yapılıp, bunların tür/tarz olarak nasıl sınıflandırılacağı tartışılmış ve adı farklı olsa da gelenekte değişik biçimlerle devam ettirildiği ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

HOW SHOULD WE READ THE POEMS WITH “DESTÛR” HEADINGS?
ABSTRACT
In the Turkish literature, determining and naming the categories and the styles is one of the current discussions. The most important reason of this is that we encountered in Tasavvuf literature make us think about this cuurent discussions. Because in the books which are about the knowledge of genre and form, about the defination, the characteristics, and the examples of Destûr there has been obtained almost no information. Moreover, these information are insufficient in evaluating the examples that we encountered in the poems of 19th century poets Kemâlî, Gâlibî and Abdunnâfî, have not been evaluated in terms of mentioned aspects in any other research. In addition, these poems are thought to be similar with 13th century “Yort savul”s and in the 20 th century poetry the same manner is thought to be containing.
In this paper, the poems with destur headings in the mentioned pieces written in the 19th century will be introduced. The issue of how to classify them is discussed. And although the name is different, the fact that they are mainted in different forms is tried to be shown.
