Statistical & Econometric Analytics Lab – SEAL is an inter-university research group that builds on statistical modeling and econometric methods to produce reproducible, evidence-based analyses using data compiled from multiple sources, with a focus on forecasting, causal impact evaluation, measurement, and decision-support applications.
The Research Group's Objectives:
· Scientific Production: National and International Projects, Scientific Articles, Scientific Data Reporting
· Policy and Industry Applications: Producing analytical solutions in public, health, tourism, finance, energy, etc. sectors

Time series analysis and forecasting (ARIMA family, Tramo-Seats, state-space, nowcasting, volatility, etc.)
Seasonality and calendar effects (trading day, moving holidays, signal extraction)
