Introduction: Oxidant/antioxidant interactions are known to be important processes in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We aimed to evaluate the effects of corticosteroids (CS), and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on plasma oxidant/antioxidant levels in patients with COPD.
