Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı ulusal ölçekte yayın yapan 2 spor kanalında program yapan 6 farklı futbol yorumcusunun Var sistemi ile ilgili sezon başı ve sezon ortası söylemleri arasındaki farklılıkları belirlemektir. Bu amaçla 2 farklı spor kanalından yüksek reyting saatlerinde yorum yapan spor yorumcularından 3’er yorumcu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yorumcuların sezon başlamadan önceki 5 farklı futbol programında VAR ile ilgili yaptıkları konuşmalar ve yine sezonun ilk yarısı sonrasında yaptıkları 5 farklı futbol programındaki konuşmaları yazılı metin haline getirilerek transktiptleri çıkartılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından kodlama ve gruplandırma işlemlerine tabi tutulan ham verilerden elde edilen bulgular temalar şeklinde sunulmuştur. Buna göre sezon başında yorumcuların ana görüşleri oyunda çok duraklama olması, sahadaki hakemle var odası arasındaki iletişim sorunları, hakemlerin yeterince eğitim alıp almadıkları ana temaları üzerinde yoğunlaşırken, sezon ortasında yapılan yorumların nitel analizi yapıldığında ise hakemlerin VAR sistemini suiistimal ettiği, büyük takım kayırmacılığının yapıldığı, hakemlerin VAR kullanımında standart olmadığı, VAR sisteminin futboldaki kronik sorunları daha aleni ortaya çıkardığı, VAR hakem atamalarında merkez hakem kurulunun kötü niyetli olması gibi temalarortaya çıkmıştır. Spor programlarındaki var ile ilgili toplam konuşma sürelerinin yarısından fazlasının ise olumsuz yönler üzerine harcanması oldukça düşündürücü başka bir bulgudur. Sonuç olarak daha adil, adaletli ve temiz bir futbol için getirilen var sisteminin bu kadar kötü içerikli tartışmalara konu olması ülke futbolu açısından olumsuz bir durum olarak algılanabilir. Konu ile ilgili daha kapsamlı ve konuyu daha farklı açılardan ele alan bilimsel araştırmalara ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünmekteyiz. Futbolu yöneten kurumların ise VAR sisteminin sağlıklı bir şekilde kullanılması ve futbola daha fazla katkı sağlaması için gerekli olan teknik alt yapı, hakem eğitimi, ödül/ceza sistemi gibi konularda daha fazla çalışma yapması gerektiğini düşünmekteyiz

A QUALITATIVE RESEARCH ON THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS OF FOOTBALL INTERVIEWS ABOUT VAR SYSTEM BETWEEN THE PRE-SEASONAL AND SEMİ-SEASONAL PERIODSABSTRACT

The aim of this study is to determine the differences between the pre-season and mid-season rhetoric about the Var system of 6 different football commentators who have been working on 2 national sports channels. For this purpose, three commentators were identified from the sports commentators who commented on two differentsports channels during the high rating hours. Content analysis method which is one of the qualitative research methods has been used in the study. The speeches of the commentators about the VAR in the 5 different football programs before the start of the season and the conversations of the 5 different football programs they made after the first half of the season were written in written text and their transcripts were removed. The findings obtained from raw data subjected to coding and grouping by the researcher are presented as themes. According to this, the main opinions of the commentators at the beginning of the season were very paused in the game, communication problems between the referee and the room in the field were focused on the main themes of the referees. There is no standard in the use of VAR, the VAR system has more chronic problems in football, and there are themes such as maliciousness of the central arbitral tribunal in VAR arbitrator assignments. The fact that more than half of the total talk time in the sports programs is spent on negative aspects is another thought provoking finding. Consequently, the fact that the system which has been brought for a fairer, more just and fairer football is subject to such bad contented discussions can beperceived as a negative situation for country football. We think that there is a need for scientific research which is more comprehensive and discuss the subject from different perspectives. We think that the football governing institutions need to do more work on issues such as technical infrastructure, referee training, reward / punishment system which are necessary for healthy use of VAR system and more contribution to football.Keywords: Football, VAR System, Refereeing
