Abstract

Introduction Henoch Schonlein purpura is characterised by palpable purpura, abdominal pain, arthritis/arthralgia, often with a self-limiting course. Herein, we report a patient with recurrent Henoch Schonlein purpura and severe gastrointestinal involvement, successfully treated with methotrexate.
