Abstract

ObjectiveThis study used a high-resolution melting (HRM) technique to detect paternal mutations for the noninvasive prenatal diagnosis (NIPD) of -thalassemia and sickle cell anemia (HbS). We also determined the levels of cell-free fetal DNA and total cell-free DNA.
