The objective of this study was to analyze the parameters determining producers' adherence to agricultural cooperatives. The analysis of the results obtained shows that the producers' membership of an agricultural cooperative is determined by their socio-economic characteristics. These include age, social security, agricultural workers 'number, tractor possession and number of years of experience. In a context where cooperatives are of paramount importance for the agricultural sector, it is therefore imperative to take these parameters into account to encourage producers to group together in cooperatives or to join cooperatives already existing in their locality.
